Ingredients

  • 4 1/4 inch-thick pork shops
  • 1 large sweet onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons chile powder
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves fresh
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream and lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. fire up the grill to medium -high heat. Cut the union into round portions and cut in half. Prepare the pork chops and onion on a plate or baking sheet.
